Conley Won the Bookapalooza Grant!
This year, the Conley School was one of three libraries to win the Bookapalooza Grant from the Association for Library Service to Children, a division of the ALA. The grant is comprised of approximately 1,000 books, DVDs, and audio books that were published in 2011 and nominated for the 2012 Caldecott, Newbery, Geisel, and other medals. You can read more about this grant on the ALA's Web site and in the Whitman-Hanson Express. We expect the materials to arrive in late April. Yea!
